Från Storbritannien så kommer det nyheter att den brittiska regeringen planerar radikala förändringar till 1989 Children’s Act.
Bland annat så föreslås det att £10 miljoner ska gå till att hjälpa föräldrar att komma överens om vårdnaden utan inblandning av domstol.
Siffror visar att 1 av 5 barn i Storbritannien förlorar all kontakt med den ena föräldern efter en skilsmässa eller separation.

Millions of children from broken homes are to be granted new rights to a ‘full and continuing relationship’ with both their parents.
The move is designed to ensure that the parent who leaves the family home – most commonly the father – cannot be cut out of their children’s lives following an acrimonious separation.
